Is there a way I can print a sales summary for individual customers who want to see what they've

purchased in the last year

Hi @reitermanfeed, thank you for your post!

Unfortunately there is not a way to retrieve a report in this exact way, but I was able to find a workaround for this. I am going to go ahead and link another post here from the Square Community that goes over that workaround.

I will also leave those steps below from one of our Square Champions, as well:

  • "First, export your years Transactions Details.csv file.
  • Then open in Excel.
  • Click on a cell.
  • Then click Insert - Pivot Table to a new sheet.
  • On the Right side select Date, then Customer Name, then Select Item, then Quantity.
  • Finally, Gross Sale.
  • Put the Customer Name as a Filter (the Date and Item should auto-populate in Rows)
  • Put the Quantity or QTY as a Column and the Gross sales as a Value
  • Then on the Left side there will be a Filter type Icon near the top and select the customer.
  • Now your sales for that time frame must collect the customers name at the time of sale, some auto generate based on cards and a lot do not.  So at the Time of the sale you or your employee would have needed their name.
  • You should end up with a Pivot table that you can print as a pdf.  You can also tap the - signe to minimize the chart by date etc."

I hope this helps! In the meantime, please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions and I would be happy to help.
