Hey there @Megan323.. You can do some of this, but not all. I've been asking for this (and more visibility) in both feature requests and in the Champions board for two years and still haven't gotten much. But here's what you can get now.
Go you the customer directory in your web dashboard. Click the Import/Export button and choose "Export Customers." Click on Specific Groups and select "Loyalty Enrollees." This will export the list of customers enrolled in your program. That will give you a CSV file with names and phone numbers. It will also have emails addresses ONLY IF the customer has signed up for your email marketing, also.
What you would NOT have is their current points. There is no place at all in Square where we can get that information. I've made feature requests and been met with pretty deafening silence. You can, however, see a lifetime transaction count and spend, but that will not enable you to come close to figuring out unredeemed point counts. Honestly, this is one of the reasons why I considering jumping ship to a third-party loyalty program. Up until 2023/24, Square was pretty aggressive in making loyalty better and adding more features. In the past two years, little if anything has been added or improved.
Anyway, I hope that I've been able to help you get some of what you needed. Also, I will say (but not guarantee) that you MIGHT be able to call support and ask them nicely for the current points information. Obviously it is available to someone, just not to us.
