Incorrect Kiosk Category Reporting

Some of the products on our kiosk are reporting under the menu category rather than the reporting category.

In our back office we’ve set up our reporting categories as Drinks, Kitchen, and Ice Cream. We also have subcategories such as Hot Drinks and Cold Drinks to help with menu organisation for the kiosk. However, some items are reporting under the menu organisation categories instead of the reporting categories. We’ve reviewed all the settings, and they appear to be correct.

 

In addition, because our items are assigned to both a reporting category and a menu category, they’re appearing twice on the kiosk. For example, there’s currently a main “Drinks” button listing all drink items (which isn’t necessary), as well as separate buttons for “Hot Drinks,” “Soft Drinks,” “Milkshakes,” etc.

 

Could you please advise how we can prevent the duplication on the kiosk while keeping the correct reporting and menu organisation settings?
