How do I get support from Square? They have changed the Transactions report!

Has anyone else noticed that the Transactions report no longer includes the Fees and Net Total columns? I have 12 examples of the report showing this, the most recent from the beginning of November. I have called in 3 times and no one will acknowledge that the report has changed. I have all of my exported csv files as proof. 

I have been passed off 3 times....Square is unable to help.

• Clear your browser cache and history
• Try a different browser
• Try a different device

 

If you’re still having trouble, please reply back with a few photos of what you’re seeing on your end so I can take a closer look.

Hi @LizBl 

 

Just curious when did you download these to find out the fees and net total were missing?  I just downloaded one on Saturday I believe and my report is showing both the fees and net total columns .

Hi @LizBl.. Like @Minion, I just rant my transactions report and there are four "fee" related columns -- third-party fees (column AM), fee percentage rate (AQ), fee fixed rate (AR), and fee amount (U).  So, "They" have not changed the transactions report.  Something else is going on.  I'll tag the Square moderator here.  Maybe they know of an issue that is affecting certain accounts.

Im struggling to just see simple transactions day by day where I can break out cash payments and cash refunds to complete accounts. If I cannot work it out it will be final nail in the coffin in moving away from Square.
