Deleting Gift Cards with no activity for a period of time

We have Gift Cards which are issued to members of our Golf Club on joining. We currently have 190 members not all of which have a Gift Card.

When printing a report to get a gift card total, this report is 7 x A4 pages long and includes Gift Card Numbers with zero balance. These cards clearly belong to people no longer members of the club. You have to appreciate that some people can be members for only 1 year and others 20 years so its a rotating population.

If we can load a Gift Card, surely there could be an opposite transaction to delete a card.

This would make the housekeeping and reporting on Gift Cards a less onerous process.

Currently I print only the 7th page to save paper as this gives me the total I require.

We review these cards on a regular basis and have found many of these zero balance cards to be non-current members.

That sounds super time consuming and potentially frustrating. Unfortunately, you cannot permanently "delete" gift cards in Square through the standard dashboard or app interface. We don't have a feature like that at this time, but feedback like this is very helpful when planning for future releases! Also, I noticed this was your first post, so I wanted to say welcome to the Square Community! We are so happy to have you here.
