Getting duplicate Drawer Reports. How do I go back to just printing one?
Hello @TwistedRail and welcome back to the Square Community, although I'm sorry that your Cash Drawer reports are giving you some trouble.
Duplicate prints can happen if there's more than one Cash Drawer created for the same drawer or if more than one printer station has been created for the same printer. Have you had issues with anything else printing duplicates, or just your Cash Drawer reports?
I recommend starting out by double-checking your Cash Drawer settings under ≡ More > Settings > Add-ons > Cash Management.

Hi Violet ... I'm on my Dashboard on my laptop and have no clue where those settings are located. Can you help with that?
Yup, we had the same issue, and now it seems to have finally stopped on its own. Back to 1 report print. BUT we did notice that now our drawer report "Cash Sales" can now be viewed WITHOUT a manager/owner login and is visible to ALL. This wasn't the case before!
We're having a similar issue with all tills at both sites. Seems to have started following the update last month. When closing draw we're getting two receipts one has blank 'actual in drawer' value the other has the completed detailed. both receipts come out at the same time. Have checked setting as per suggestion above but nothing obviously amiss. Has anyone managed to fix this?
