invoice payment options

When I raise an Invoice my only payment option to include on the invoice is credit card or gift card.  How can I add pay in person (Tap), Cash or EFT details

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community!

 

If you want to use the Square Reader to take an invoice payment, you'll need to use either the Square Point of Sale app or the dedicated Square Invoices app, with the card reader paired with the app on your mobile device or tablet.

 

If your customer pays via cash or bank transfer, you'd need to record a payment against the invoice. Bank transfers are not something that can currently be conducted via Square, however you can leave your bank details in the Invoice message if you'd like to encourage customers to pay via bank transfer.

Can I add afterpay as an option on my invoices?

Not yet @TL2 - we've launched with Square Online, though will continue to integrate Afterpay into other Square products! The best place to keep up to date on new releases is to follow our Product Updates board.
