Reactivating my account/website

I'm needing to know how to reactivate my account. I've received an email (which actually appeared in my Junl Mail) that asks me to contact Customer Support or my Account Manager, but I'm having no success with this after searching your website and calling a 1800 number I found in a conversation thread similar to this. I'd appreciate your urgent attention to this, so I can get my website reactivated. Thanks.

While reactivating a deactivated account is not something we are able to do via our seller community forum, you can get in touch with support during business hours for further help with this.

 

You can call on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time - so they wouldn't have been available when you posted this on Sunday, but will be now!

Hi Seamus, thanks for your response. I tried calling the 1800 number before my message but needed at Customer Code, which I had no idea how to find! I then also submitted a message via square@help after the community message and have today called the 1800 number again, but I couldn't get the help required as apparently my account/website is on the old Legacy platform with Weebly. The lady I spoke to is transferring my case (No. 61191979) through to one of your eCommerce specialists for assistance. Unfortunately, I'm unable to login to my Weebly account (which I've had since 2012), and have had no success trying re-set the password either! I don't know what's gone on here because normally my Weebly domain renewal occurs in mid-January, and the email informing me that my account had been deactivated was in my Junk Mail, so it's all rather weird. I really need to get this resolved ASAP as my website is currently inaccessible!

It looks like your email case has been assigned to Weebly and is currently in the queue for response.

 

I'd let Weebly take it from here - they're the ones who are going to be able to find a resolution for you here. Per the email, do let Square support know if you've not received a response from Weebly within a few business days!

Previously is under weebly.
