Online Delivery orders appering as pickup

Hi All,

 

Orders for delivery for my take away shop are appearing and printing as pick up orders.

 

Only indication that it is delivery is the delivery fee being charged and appearing down the bottom with total.

 

I did a test order and the same thing happened.

 

It prints in the shop as a pick up.

 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble with pickup and delivery!

 

While we're not able to look into how your account is specifically set up, the issue likely lies with how things are set up in your Online Store Dashboard via Settings > Pickup & Delivery. Your best bet here is to call our support team and they'll be able to look through how your account is set up for pickup and delivery at the moment and suggest based on how you have things set up. You can call on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.

 

Otherwise, feel free to post a screenshot of your settings here and I'll see if there's anything I can suggest!
