Logo wont load for printed reciepts

I loaded my logo just fine for my digital receipts and it works fine.  However, when I same file to load it into the printed receipts it loads and when I save it the logo disappears and wont print on the printed reciepts.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out about this. What prints when you manually print a receipt? Also, have you attempted to save your logo for printed receipts on your phone? It may be a device issue which isn't allowing it to save. 

If you can confirm that every time you sign into the Square Dashboard you see your logo for printed receipts saved (without you having to enter it again), yet the logo is still not printing, then please also make sure you are logged into the same location and account as the one you have saved your logos for.
