My square terminal just shows powered by square on the screen?

So i just got a square terminal, set it up, signed in with the code, did the updates and it's just stuck at "powered by square"

If I swipe left, I can see the 3 menu options, checkout, settings and support. But when i click on checkout, it's just showing me powered by square and does nothing. I tried to reset it and factory wipe, still same issue.. Any thoughts?

Nevermind. I figured it out, can't attach it to my phone via code. Needed to sign in and make it an individual device. Thanks guys

Glad to hear you were able to resolve this from your end- let us know if you have any other questions about the Square Terminal, or on connecting your terminal to the app.
