Facebook shop showing purchase price and not selling price

Hi, I have just set up a Facebook shop and when I look at it on my Facebook page it is showing the purchase price I have entered on Square and not the selling price.  What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out. Can I confirm if you're referring to the Prive vs Unit Cost on your item library from within the items section of your Square Dashboard?

Or are you referring to the Sale price via the Square Online items section?

Ah I did it from the square online items section.  I didn't realise it was different to the item library.  So I have to put the prices in the item library?

@julietarz I checked in with our team on this one and it looks like unfortunately there isn't currently a way to display the sale price of an item on Facebook - it loos like like at the moment this is know known limitation of the Facebook integration. 

Sorry I can't be of more help here! I've passed on your feedback to our eCommerce team, hopefully we may see further developments here in the future, though at the moment we don't have an ETA on if or when.

Any word on this bug fix, not showing the sale price on Facebook shop is a big problem (from Square Online), as while you can manually add a sale price in Facebook Shop each time you make a change to any product in Square Online it overwrites the price in Facebook Shop

While I wish I had something more to share with you regarding the Facebook integration, my team is yet to see any change on this front. We'll continue to pass on the feedback we receive from Square Online Sellers who would greatly benefit from this change.
