Deleted team member accidentally

Hi,I have accidentally deleted a team member when I renewed my subscription to one person only business. How do I go back and get a 2 team member account back. All of my appointments are lost now. And I can’t find any info to get the team member back on my acct. 

help 😞 

(I am a sole business however can not change my personal information,as I entered my name wrong when I started my account. Hence the second person being added with my Correct spelt name.now all bookings with my correct name have gone when I updated the subscription)

At the moment it's not possible to change the account owner's name on a Square account - it's set to the one that you used to activate the Square account.

 

If you wanted to reactivate your listing as another team member under a different name you'd do this via Team Management settings, though free use of Square Appointments is tied to you using the product as the original account owner. You'd have to make the choice of whether it's worth it to subscribe to be able to take your appointments under a preferred name (as a workaround to not being able to change your account activation name), or use the free version under the name you registered the Square account.
