Thanks for your message.

If your domain is currently hosted somewhere else, there's no real reason you'd need to transfer the domain to Square Online / Weebly - I actually recommend pointing the domain to your Square Online website as it will be a lot quicker than a full transfer and the end result is pretty much the same! If you did want to do a full transfer this can be initiated from the Domains section of Square Online / Weebly.
