I'm having difficulty setting up Square terminal with multiple users. After logging in I never get prompted to enter a user PIN so users of the device are able to alter all settings. This is the same when choosing appointments or POS after logging in. How can I replicate the functionality of the iOS app in terminal?
Thanks
Hi @UKAndyM 👋 thanks for flagging this!
If you've set up all of your team with their own passcodes then it sounds like passcodes may not be enabled on your Terminal yet.
To do so:
From the navigation menu, tap ≡ More. Tap Settings > Security > Passcodes > toggle Passcodes on. Under Require passcode, select after each sale and/or when backing out of a sale.
The steps would be the same for the Point of Sale app and once enabled there, it should also apply to the Appointments app.
Let me know if this works for you
