does anyone know if there’s any way of sending text reminders say 4 weeks after an appointment to remind a client that they are due their next session and direct them to the site or something?

Before I dive into this, I just want to make sure I understand the feature correctly. Would this be a text reminder asking customers to book an appointment rather than a reminder that they have an upcoming appointment (which they've already booked), is that correct?
