Is it possible to set a time window for an appointment rather than specific time?

I am new to using square, but have always booked my cleaning services with a time window rather than a specific time. For example a morning slot or afternoon slot. Usually my morning slot is between 9am and 1pm and this is a window for my arrival, which helps if I hit traffic or have a delay at the job before. 

I am struggling to work out how I can use Square for my customers to book a window time slot rather than specific time? It would also be great to be able to double book over the window slot too, as I can book up to 3 customers within 1 time window. I hope this makes sense.

From playing around with the settings, the ability to set a time window rather than specific appointment slots is not something that can be done with Square Appointments right now. You could potentially set the service duration to be from 9am to 1pm and set the appointment schedule to be According to service duration, but this does mean that only one customer can be booked in at a time. 

I will definitely share this with our Product team as a feature request. In the meantime, Square does integrate with a number of booking & scheduling system like Appointedd, Bookeo and more. These may be more suited to your business' needs at this time. You can find more information about them in our App Marketplace.
