How do you make customer address a mandatory field they supply when booking?

I take bookings on square appointments for customers either to come to me for collection or I go to them, however I want to start taking their address as part of their booking process, so that I can send a contract with their address included. 

 

How can I do this?

Apologies for the delayed response on this. 

 

From your Square Dashboard > Appointments > SettingsAppointment Preferences - what setting do you have enabled? 

 

If for Where do you accept appointments?  you have At both my business and the customer‘s location enabled, it should create a field at checkout for your customers to input their address.
