unable to print labels off my iMac with Dymo 450

I have previously been able to print labels with my dymo 450 turbo label printer using my MacBook. I now want to print off my iMac with Ventura software but I am having issues. I downloaded the most recent software from dymo, using the exact same settings as my previous labels, they look like they are going to print correctly in preview but when I print, the text prints horizontal to the label. Using the widget from dymo, I was able to correctly print labels but entering labels manually for all my inventory is not practical. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear about the trouble with your label printer - how frustrating! 

I've not been able to find further troubleshooting steps for this, but you might have more luck contacting Dymo directly here - hopefully some other sellers using the Dymo 450 can chime in here too.
