Is it possible to delete multiple items at one time or do you have to delete individually.

How we bulk edit items can depend whether you're doing this from the Square Dashboard or from the Square Online site overview.
If you're doing this from the Square Dashboard and want to delete items that you no longer need for your Square Point of Sale app, you can bulk edit by:
- Go to Dashboard > Item Library
- Click Actions > Export Library
- Open your file in Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers or Google Spreadsheets to edit.
- Once you've finished your edit, go back to your Dashboard > Item Library
- Under Actions, select Import Library
- Select the option to Replace Item Library.
If you're doing this from the Square Online site overview and want to delete items that you no longer want to have on your website:
- Go to Online > Items > Site Items
- Check the box at the top left hand corner
- Click Bulk Edit > Delete

That seems straightforward on the online side, except I have no menu path for items>site items - I just get items>item library, with the library appearing, and options to add, delete or edit, but only on single items. ASlo I see below that deleting onlie is not apparently deleting at all..... ('if you've got an online store you can remove several products at a time from there but that doesn't remove them from you Square library - only the online side of things')
Any clues to this really simple operation?

Hey @AndrewThisOne, I see this is your first post on the Seller Community, so welcome 🙂
Square has two item dashboards and it sounds like you are in the standard Square Dashboard rather than the Online Dashboard which is built specifically for online item sales.
Here's a breakdown of both:
Square Dashboard > Items > Item library.
To access the bulk edit tool you will need to go to:
Square Dashboard > Ecommerce > Online > Site items.
If you are not currently using Square Online (for a website), then you would need bulk edit via the CSV file which is the first solution provided by Tra above.

I just clicked in to say what Tra has already explained better than I would have!
If you've got an online store you can remove several products at a time from there but that doesn't remove them from you Square library - only the online side of things.
@tranguyen I think the Sq dash side could learn a few things from the nice bulk edit features for the online dash!
