How can you manage inventory with a packed product?

We run a wine shop.  We manage inventory with Square.  We have pre packed mixed cases of wine.  When someone buys a case I want the stock to be updated across the various different lines.  Is this possible online and in store?

If this isn't possible is it possible to have a in store managers override discount.  So a manager can add a £ amount of their choosing to reduce the price of the items or does it have to be a pre set amount?

Hi @sarahscellar, thank you for your post! At the moment, it isn't possible for an item to be link to multiple inventory. I will definitely pass this to our Product team for consideration, however.

In the meantime, you can set a discount override for a manage in-store. You can create a variable discount by leaving the Amount field blank so the manager can enter an amount at the time of checkout. When setting up this discount, you should also enable the Passcode required option so that only the manager will be able to apply this discount.
