We are a non-profit with a weebly website that I manage. Our treasurer manages the square account. The square account is apparently associated with a square on-line store (that has no internet presence). When I tried to integrate my weebly website with the square account, it didn't work, so we called tech support. Tech support told us that we couldn't connect the two because it wasn't 'our turn yet' and that the system randomly decided which sites were ready to be integrated with square. I think that sounds nuts! Notwithstanding, I can't connect the square account, when I try I get the error message "This Square account is already connected to Square Online and cannot be linked to this Weebly account.". Any ideas on how to proceed? We don't want to start a second square account.
