Bulk issuing e-gift cards?

We have a local business that is putting together a gift box for fathers day.

They have approached us to ask if they can include a gift card within the box.

Obviously neither of us know who will purchase the boxes at this stage.

I'm looking for a suggestion to make this simple for the other business.

One idea I guess is for them to take the orders for the boxes, then if they sell 20

boxes, come to our online store and purchase 20 x $5 e-gift cards.

They would then have to forward these to the recipient? Or could they print them out and

physically include them in the box?

Hey @Dirky, thanks for sharing this!

In this case, if they prefer to keep everything digital, they'd need to forward the eGift Card email to the recipient. Or, alternatively, they can provide you with the list of contact details and you'll be able to resend the eGift Card on from your Dashboard.

Alternatively, the business can definitely pre-order the eGift Card then print out the eGift Card email to include that in the physical box.
