Permission Errors

I want to set up a generic team member to give to our part time staff to use when selling at farmers markets. This would allow them to accept payments only.  Unfortunately, I'm getting an error that the generic team member I have set up doesn't have access to point of sale.  I currently set them up to the correct location and they have access to shared point of sales and dashboard. What else do they need?

Are you using the generic 'Team Permission' role from your Online Dashboard? From your description, it sounds like you've set up your Team Member role correctly, but may need to grant the specific option permission within the role directly. You can do so here from the Permissions tab.

 

If that doesn't get you where you need to be - feel free to shoot this over to our Support Team directly. They can dive with you into your account settings to see where the issue is.
