Real-Time Check View on QSR, FSR, and Bar Modes

Hi all,

We are excited to announce a major update for F&B modes (QSR, FSR, Bar) on Square Point of Sale, which is now available in beta.

Real Time Check View displays real-time updates to the cart as you make modifications to an item. The item details screen moves from a modal to an embedded pane in the checkout view. The left pane shows item configuration — variations, quantities, and modifiers — while the right pane shows the live cart that updates dynamically as you make selections.
