Favorite Podcasts for LGBTQIA folx?

Hello Everyone, I am currently listening to a podcast/hybrid audiobook reading of Stone Butch Blues by Leslie Feinberg and it's a heavy listen.

Is anyone listening to any good podcasts with an LGBTQIA focus - bonus points for relatable business content?

Hmmmm after researching this trying to find something to listen to - my partner and I are considering starting a #queerboss podcast. It seems like there really isn't much out there and we both find being an LGBTQ boss is a bit different in a sense of care in the workplace and increasing equity and economic parity in the ways we give back to our community - what do you think?

I LOVE the sound of this @MudFire_Dex! I'm not an avid podcaster person but I'd definitely tune in to what you have to say. I also surfaced this post with our internal LGBTQIA employee resource group and will return with any suggestions/recommendations on what they've been listening to/reading. 💛

Hello @MudFire_Dex and everyone — I ran this thread by the Block employee Pride group and I have a few podcasts to pass along from my colleagues!

• Hoodrat to Headwrap: A Decolonized Podcast — "A Decolonized Podcast for lovers on the margins, join your resident sexuality educator Ericka Hart and Deep East Oakland's very own Ebony Donnley, as we game give, dismantle white supremacy and kiki in the cosmos somewhere between radical hood epistemological black queer love ethics, pop culture, house plants and a sea of books."
  
  
• Going Through It — This season on "Going Through It" is focused on queer folx talking about pivotal moments/lessons from elders. "[C]omedian Jenny Yang sits down with 15 notable guests to reflect on their Going Through It moments and what they learned from the elders who influenced them at just the right time."
  
  
• The Best Friends Podcast — A podcast by two best friends called "The Best Friends Podcast" where they interview creatives that they admire about relationships. A lot of time the conversation may take a turn into a bit of gossip. It's fun. "With this podcast, we’re hoping to explore how friendships/relationships affect the art & lives of our guests, all of whom have been a creative inspiration to us."

We'll definitely surface more as they come through, though don't hesitate to keep dropping in with more suggestions. 🙏🏻

Last year our internal LGBTQ+ group hosted a round table with Amelia Hruby, the creator of the podcast Fifty Feminist States. You can think of it as a roadtripping, storytelling podcast that features feminist activists and artists from all fifty US states. She tackles a wide array of topics (and includes conversations with queer folks). 

On a lighter note, while not a LGBTQ+ podcast, I really enjoyed Dolly Parton's America! 🙂
