an employee ran a sale under someone else pin number is there any way to change who gets credit for sale
Short of refunding the entire transaction and re-ringing it under the correct employee number, there is no way under the Point of Sale app to change closed checks. Since I doubt you have access to that customer's card or payment info, it's probably best to just stick with manually updating employee totals when it's time to run your reports.

This definitely should be something doable as it doesn't affect the amount of the sale for POS integrity, but changing who made the sale should be something an owner or manager can do with a code or whatever permission.
Just popping in here to say that I wish you could assign a sale to a different employee at the start of a transaction, and it would be nice for this to be corrected as needed after a sale too.
