without "shipping" unavailable, and pickup and local delivery don't appear.

Screenshot_27-5-2024_15556_square.online.jpegI've added all the checks in the items and completed the fulfillment, but only shipping appears, and I don't want to ship, but deliver locally.   Pickup and local delivery don't show as options and only shipping does.  If I deselect shipping the items becomes unavailable.

I think it's because my new 'location' isn't showing up on the page to I can set those pickup allowance flags.

Can shop local markets not market on Squareup?

Or how do I add a location if I've already added a location and am on the page for that location?

@ChuckwagonIt looks like you have two locations setup, and these are actually two separate businesses with different items? If that is the case, I don't think you'd want to migrate products. You can do that under your general settings for business > Locations. Click on the location, and scroll to very bottom and you'll see Match item library from another location. But I'd use caution, it says it will override certain things, and I don't know if it will wipe out your other items.

I don't know if it was more correct to setup two separate Square accounts if you have two separate businesses; maybe Locations is best used for the same business, with the same basic items, and just being sold at two different locations.

Again, I'd really FIRST check your Bread items. Go to edit that particular item, and make sure it's not set to be SHIPPED, only pickup or delivery. I think that will solve your issue. The website still may say shipping in certain places, but if you go into the final stage of shopping cart, it should not list shipping charges, and go through as a pickup or delivery.

Hello @Chuckwagon thanks for your post, and welcome to the Square Seller Community; we're glad you're here!

A few things to check in your Square Dashboard. Go to Online > Fulfillment & Delivery. Scroll down and make sure for your location, it is set to Pickup and/or Delivery.

And as far as turning off Shipping, try doing that at the ITEM level. What I mean is, go into your item library, and select the items on your website, like your bread items. You should see the following options when you EDIT the item. NOTE: in my example below, I have shipping turned ON by the blue checkbox. If you don't want to ship the item, UNCHECK the blue checkmark.

Make sure SHIPPING Is unselected for your items, and only choose pickup/delivery or whatever you want to do.

Then republish your website. You may also need to refresh your browser or clear your website cache. I hope this helps solve your issue.

@HC_Charlie Hello Charlie, thanks for replying.  I added the picture to go along with the description.   I think it's a 'location' problem.

Also is there a way to migrate products from my new location online to the new "Fulfillment under Accounts and Settings"?

yes, data analytics and boulangerie are different businesses.   Did clone the items, set up a new location, but still isn't showing up on the online menu, that Cafe in the question above wasn't even linked to a location as far as I can tell, and the new location apparently doesn't link back to that, or have an online... as the dropdown in the locations to edit online apparently is a bug on square up.   Trying to reconcile to the to... is there a way to link a previously existing online to a new location?

@ChuckwagonI was thinking the "personal" site listed was the cafe. Not sure how or why it lists as personal, you may be able to edit that location and call it something more appropriate like "cafe" so you'll recognize it better.
