I uploaded an altered customer file and now the information has shifted.. ie... address and email address don't line up with the correct customer. I have an unaltered download and want to import it, but if I first delete all contacts will the purchase history be lost?

My best advice here is to reach out to our support team so they can get this escalated for you and restore your Customer Directory to a time before this upload happened. You can give them a call at 855-809-9000 (English) or 855-700-2000 (French) between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
