why my customer paid the invocie but the money did not show up in my balance tab.
it showed up in my gross sales, but wont showup in my balance tab and not able to withdraw or do anything else

The first option to check would be if you have an active Square Card. If so, the funds will go directly there instead of your balance normally.
If you don't have a Square Card, I would suggest checking your email for anything from our Account Services team regarding your account.
