We've taken a look at your case on our end and can see that your .com.au domain has expired.
To provide some context around this process, unfortunately once a .com.au domain passes its expiration date, you are unable to renew this yourself. Square's domain registrar, register.com, has to manually restore these expired domains through the AU registry database.
In the event you miss the renewal period for your .com.au domain, we can escalate this to our Ecom team who can begin the process of restoring the domain for use (the process is already underway following your email communications with our team).
The manual restoration process can take up to 7 business days to complete, depending on the case. After checking in with this team today for updates, they've advised they are still working on restoring your .com.au domain and will have another update for us shortly. I wish I could provide an exact time frame but for now, I recommend keeping a lookout for an email update from this team.
