So due to bad internet connectivity, sometimes my transactions pop up as "saved unprocessed transactions". Do they go thru as soon as I reconnect with the internet or do I need to do something to make sure these transactions are processed?

Yes, as soon as Square detects a stable internet connection, it should process all pending transactions. I haven't seen a time on my system where it hasn't.
