transfer weebly online store to another abn

I have changed my ABN due to a recent structure change in the business. After reading a few questions/answers from the community, I understand that I can't change my ABN number and need to close my current account in order to create another one with the new ABN.

But I already purchased a weebly performance bundle plan for a year, and I would like to know if I can transfer it to the new account before closing down my current one?

To be honest I don't think there is a straightforward way to do this, however I'm following your inquiry up with Weebly to check.

 

Either way, I'd also get in touch with support, they'd be the best team to talk to further about this. If they're not able to solve the issue they can also transfer your case to Weebly. If you have a custom domain that's another thing you'd want to check with them about transferring to a new website!

 

You can start the conversation by sending our support team an email via this form - you could also call, however I find it's usually best to put things in writing / keep a paper trail for these sorts of requests. You can also call on 1800 760 137!

@sweetdreamsfr following up on this one, definitely get in touch with support for more on this - they can help you apply the plan and domain to a new account.

 

The website itself unfortunately won't be able to be transferred.
