I've been using Square for 2 years now and this one is the biggest issue. I saw other posts about this a few years back and its still has not been modified so I am really hoping it will. It is the most awkward thing that this is the first thing the customer sees upon turning my ipad to them in big caps letter and big squares for percentage. I know for me, if I go to the store and purchase something and first thing that would come up is the tipping option it makes me super uncomfortable and awkward. At least show me the total amount, press ok, then tipping screen? I almost want to skip the tipping screen every time or just disable it because it makes me so awkward. I am almost 100% sure it is for the client as well. PLEASE fix this!

Have you ever looked into these settings?
If you opt not to display a Separate Tipping Screen, tipping options will be shown on the signature screen.
If choose to display a Separate Tipping Screen, your customers can select a tip after the payment has processed.

I did see this option however I dont want a signature screen if my clients pay debit?
The signature screen will only appear when required by the card issuer, @brigitte34.
