Does anybody out there have a problem with getting the unit to stay on long enough to get the clients card tapped? I find i'm having to keep pressing the little button to get started after only about 3 seconds!! thanks in advance

Can you clarify which device you are using? Can you also share a video of the device turning off when taking a payment, please? This will help me further investigate. Thanks.
