sync with quickbooks

I'm missing three transactions from my sync with QuickBooks. The transactions are in the transaction list. I have another transaction from that day that did show up in QuickBooks. I also know the transactions went through because they show up in my deposit.  Does anyone know how I find the missing transactions. QB told me to contact Square. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Sorry to hear that your Quickbooks integration is not working as expected. Right now our support for this integration is very limited. 

 

My best advice is to request assistance from the Quickbooks team on disconnecting and reconnecting your integration with Square. This sometimes refreshes the links with your account and could (hopefully) help with any missing transaction. 

 

As a reminder, our APIs are public for developers and companies that wish to integrate with us and any error in it needs to be escalated by the integrator as they are the owners and responsible party of how they integrate and what support they offer to their customers.
