start and end drawer

where did the 

"start drawer" and "end drawer" go?  it's not in reports anymore???  we used  that everyday.  gone mid day...???  please advise

Oh no! That is super bizarre. And this happened just this week? Have there been any updates? Also, can you confirm the Square Device that you are using?

yup happened a few weeks ago.  we use ipad square POS for years.... and one day it's gone?  

so we use a post it note and the sales report :(.

Hello @GingerBugs Have you checked the Add-Ons? If you go to MORE at the bottom of your menu you should see Add-Ons. Cash Management is an option...you may need to add then. I know it used to be part of the system, but I think it may have been separated out during an update.

cash management says it's "added"  and when we go to reports.  its not there?

Not sure why...I just added it, and then it said "see in reports" and it was there in reports. I'd try to REMOVE it from the Add-on screen....and then Re-add it in. Might need a reboot of the software if that doesn't fix it.

In order to remove, go back into Add-ons, click on Cash Managment, then from the three-dot menu at the top, select remove.
