square internal reader damaged for square register

any suggestions for trouble shooting?

we have completed a reset but still comes up as damaged.

I would ring them, thats a big issue. 

How long have you had it, and do you have a Square manager?

Same, and mine only use a half and a year, they wont give any technical support and exchange 🙂

If you're seeing a "Reader Damaged" message on your Square Register, you'll need to get in touch with our AU Phone Support team so they can investigate further.
