Square appointments is cancelling customer appointments on its own.
Today, a customer received a message, stating her 2.30 pm appointment was cancelled.
Neither I nor the customer cancelled this appointment. I had the same problem with another scheduling program I used for nearly 10 years. I only left that program, trying to avoid this very problem.
With all the steps required to cancel an appointment, I thought this would not happen.
Anyone else have this problem? Obviously a huge problem.
@Chiot That's really odd... I surfaced this with our Appointments team and they haven't heard of this happening either.
When you have a chance, could you please call the team? They can look into your account and check for any bugs that are occurring.

This same thing just happened to us with two different appointments... I know this is from a few years ago, but is there a new problem
