separate login

I want a separate login for someone selling in another location. I go team, created team member, but can't find a place to give her a password. I tried signing in with her email and pin, but that does not work. I'm looking for a place where I can add, her username and password. I'm lost.

Have you gone into your team permissions and checked the option for the square app?

 Welcome to the Square forum as I see this is your first post.

On a computer goto your Square Dashboard:  https://squareup.com/dashboard/ 

Scroll down to TeamStaff and Payroll....Select Team

You should have the List of Team Members.... if the person your looking for is not there you can click the Add Team Member.

If the Team Member is listed click their name... this will open another dialog box (window)

In that pop up click Edit next to permissions...

Then in the Passcode section you can either assign a 4 digit code, ask the person for a 4 digit code or click generate which will generate the 4 digit sign in code for them.

Near the top it will also ask where this person can log in at  (Locations).
