sending an estimare automatically creates google calendar event

We are a repair shop. We use estimates for every customer (when the job is complete we convert to an invoice). I would like to have the sending (or accepting) of an estimate create a google calendar event. If square would allow estimate creation/acceptance to be a Zapier or IFTTT trigger that would be a workaround. Barring that, has anyone come up with a way to do this?
