retail POS iPhone version 6.27 crashing

Hi

I upgraded my retail post of sale app on my iPhone today to version 6.27 from the new update that Was released for it now it won't open anymore and just keeps crashing.

• My iPhone is up to date
• I have tried to force close and reopen 
• I have deleted the app an reinstalled it
• I have turned my phone off and on again

nothing is working and it just crashes and refuses to open since the new update.

I have a iPhone 14 plus for reference of what phone this app is on. It has always worked flawlessly for me but since the update today it won't even load.

Any ideas what else I can try to get it working again please 🫣

Hi @OTCF thanks for flagging. 

We were aware of this crashing yesterday, 6.27..1 is now available in the app store and it will resolve the issue once you download it.
