reports on payment received

We will have multiple devices, at the moment only 1. How do I recognise which device the payment is from? A payment was received from our 1 Square reader and the report I received gave me no information apart from the amount. Some payments have been made online and we get the invoice number included on the report, but not with the reader.

Hi @Kgbaccounts ,

In the square dashboard you can either filter or 'display by' either device or device nickname ( i think device may be a legacy thing) - this should give you a breakdown by device.

From a transactional point of view it looks like the only way to do this would be to export the transaction list as a CSV (the field you are looking for is 'source')
