Hi there @Inglemoorcrew..  In order to confirm exactly the flow of traffic, can you please supply:

  1. The domain that will be the destination of this redirection.  Please supply that URL.
  2. The domain that, when visitors enter it in their browser, will be redirected to the URL in #1.

Also, can you confirm that you have access to the dashboards for both domain hosting platforms, and that you know how to edit DNS and other domain settings?

Thanks.

1. www.inglemoorcrew.com

2. https://leagues.teamlinkt.com/inglemoorcrew

I can edit #1 directly.

for #2 I have to file a ticket.

Thanks. So

  1. sign into your web dashboard.
  2. Click Website > Domains.
  3. Then click the "Manage" button to the right of the inglemoorcrew.com domain, and select Manage Domain.
  4. Click the Edit site destination button.
  5. Select "Forward to a URL" and enter the second URL.

That will take a while to propagate through the internet, as long as 24-48 hours sometimes.  Oh, and you don't need to do anything for the site in #2, since it is only receiving the traffic that went to the URL in #1.
