Hi, I just launched a big presale and I got messages from everyone saying they cannot add items to their cart. Everytime anyone tries adding something to their cart they get this error: Unfortunately the item requested is no longer available". I have plenty of stock so it made no sense. I then logged into the seller community and saw an alert for online store front disruptions...is this what is causing my customers to not be able to shop my store. I have since had to pull the presale down. If this is in fact due to the error, i wish i had been notified of this issue on the actual Square Online site where I published my website.
Square is currently experiencing a disruption with online orders. That may be what is causing your problem.
