Just got a card reader amd I keep getting the message Tap to Pay Unavailable. How can I fix this problem?
Hey @Ddenherp. It sounds like you haven’t enabled tap to pay on your phone. Here are links to the getting started guides for Android and for iPhone. In both documents there is a section called “Accepting Payments” with steps for ensuring you have it enabled on your devices.
