"Shop Our Instagram" in Square - tagging not working

Our tags are suddenly not working in the instagram shopping feature in Square. We can see the grid, and add tags to products, but when we save tags and publish them they do not appear. We have tried disconnecting and reconnecting our instagram feed but this doesn't seem to change anything. Any ideas how we can make sure our links are working?
