I've had the same problem since the last update where the automatic inventory tracking was introduced for all products. I made the mistake of hitting the slide button, and because my website products are all set to 0 inventory because they are made to order, it now has everything as out of stock. The only fix I've found is to go into each individual item and turn off tracking then mark each item as 0 inventory manually instead of sold out. I've tried to do it by exporting my library into XLS and updating all the quantities to 200 instead of sold out, but when I imported it back, it made no difference. I have 13,000 SKU's that I will need to change, manually by all accounts. Combine that with the loyalty not working due to a glitch where you have to allocate each individual item to loyalty instead of categories, and I'm pretty much done with Square websites. If I do decide to keep it, I'm going to just delete everything and start again rather than having to go into each one individually #angryface.

Hi @toria031173,

Thanks for reaching out!

Sorry to hear this new update has been causing so many issues for you!

I agree you should not have to go through all that work to get out of stock notice disappear.

I am working with out Square Online team to to confirm if there an easier workaround. I will follow up as soon as I have more insight.

Thank you!

I found a work around, but it’s not ideal. I went into each item and duplicated it, took stock tracking off on the copied item, then deleted the original.
