pin

I need to check the bank account details for the account but my PIN doesn't work. Is there a 'forgotten PIN' function?

Thanks for writing in! Welcome to our community, I noticed this is your first post here 🙂

 

There shouldn't be a pin on your Square account, but you may have set up 2-factor authentication. In your Dashboard,head to Account & Settings > Personal Information. From here, click disable 2-Step Verification to remove the feature entirely. If you're having trouble with 2-step verification, give our team a call so we can disable it from our end. We'll just need to verify some details with you over the phone to proceed. You can reach us on 1800 760 137, and our lines are open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.
