payments not working

Hi, hopefully someone can help.

we have had other payment providers enabed on the site in the past but would like to switch to square.

In opencart the lastest app version is installed.

Have followed setup with merchant id, auth, webhook and so on,

everything enabled and test went ok

Launch live, app loads, payment loads, input card details and click pay and nothing happens.

Completely unsure what to do next? Intergration seems so complicated!

I would like to make sure I fully understand the issue here. You have an OpenCart account and you would like to add Square as your payment processor? The steps would be: 

1. Visit the Apps section of your online Square Dashboard.
2. Locate OpenCart and click Get Started.
3. Follow the steps provided.

Can you please confirm that your Square account is set up and ready to accept payments already - the steps are in the first section of this article. 

If these steps have been completed and you're still experiencing issues, you’ll need to contact their Support Team directly, as they manage the integration. They will be able to assist.
